This Privacy Policy describes how Leland Fried (“we”, “us”, the
“Developer”) handles information in connection with the mobile game FUSION
(the “App”, package com.core2048.fusion). By downloading or using the App,
you agree to the practices described here.
FUSION does not require an account, login, or sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information.
The App itself does not collect personal information. However, FUSION is supported by advertising and offers an optional in-app purchase, and the third-party services that power those features collect certain data from your device. Depending on your settings, these may include:

We do not collect precise (GPS) location, contacts, messages, photos, files, health data, browsing history, or payment card details. Payment card information is handled directly by Google Play and is never seen by the App.
Your game progress — including your level, experience points (XP), best score, unlocked themes, and selected theme — is saved locally on your device. This information stays on the device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you uninstall the App.
The data above is used to operate ads, deliver and restore in-app purchases, keep the App functioning, and prevent fraud and abuse. To provide these features, data is shared with the third-party service providers that power them:

FUSION shows banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You can limit ad personalization and reset your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising). Purchasing the optional premium unlock removes the banner and interstitial ads; the optional rewarded video used to revive after a game over is available to all players and is not removed.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA). Because the App does not collect identifying information from you directly, most such requests are handled through the third-party providers listed above. You may also contact us using the details below and we will assist where we are able.
FUSION is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data processed by our service providers is retained according to their respective policies. We rely on the security measures of Google and RevenueCat to protect data transmitted through their services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where they do, they are responsible for providing appropriate safeguards as described in their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
